A Question of Taste - Post-16
A Question of Taste explores an unusual human trait. Using DNA extraction, PCR and gel electrophoresis, students will investigate their own DNA to discover if they possess the bitter taste gene. The social and moral implications surrounding these genetic technologies will also be discussed.
