FREE teacher preview evenings
Explore and the Science Learning Centre South West open our doors to teachers and other education professionals throughout the academic year, providing the perfect opportunity to view our attractions, chat to members of the team, sample our workshops and CPD courses and find out about forthcoming events and exhibitions.

The evenings start around 6pm and finish no later than 8pm. Wine, soft drinks and nibbles are served on arrival.

Dates are as follows:

• 5 February 2009

FREE Planning visits In addition to these special evenings, teachers are welcome to preview Explore at any time - even at weekends and in school holidays. Simply bring along headed paper from your school, signed by the headteacher, and you can get access free of charge. Due to its popularity, if you would like to visit the Planetarium, please ring in advance to guarantee your seat - call our Education bookings team on 0845 345 3344.

Bursaries
Bursary visits are available, subject to funding, to subsidise visits from schools in socially disadvantaged areas and from some special schools. To find out more, please contact 0845 345 3344 or email education@at-bristol.org.uk
