At-Bristol At-Bristol is a unique leisure destination bringing science and nature to life on Bristol's historic Harbourside. Voted 'Family Attraction of the Year' by the Good Britain Guide 2001, it comprises three world-class attractions:
Explore involves people of all ages in an incredible journey through science, the forces of nature and the unique workings of the human brain and body.
Wildwalk's unique mix of botanical gardens, live animals and multimedia exhibits takes you on a breathtaking journey through the history and variety of life on Earth.
Float in space, explore the Human Body, or meet Santa and the Snowman in 3D this Christmas- with a screen that is four storeys high and digital surround sound, it's the ultimate film experience.
At-Bristol generates exciting community based learning initiatives particularly aimed at reaching individuals living in areas of socio-economic disadvantage. Participating young people gain skills, confidence and experience through the provision of a range of study support programmes in an informal environment. At-Bristol is successfully working in partnership with schools within the local Education Action Zones and further afield and welcomes interest from individuals or organisations wishing to become involved.
